Return & Exchange Policy
Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
the product condition must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in case of:
- Damaged product
- Wrong item delivered
Items That are used, washed, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damage or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof(images or video).
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method or any other agreed method.
Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, if the customers refuses to receive the parcel at the time of delivery without making payment, it will be treated as a cancelled order.
In such cases:
- No refund will be issued.
- Flat shipping charges of Rs.300 are non-refundable, as the shipping service has already been used.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non- refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item).
